Refund conditions apply

Customers can request a refund in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective due to manufacturer or damaged during shipping.

  • The delivered product has the wrong model and quantity compared to the order.

  • The product is out of stock after the customer has paid.

And the order is received within 3 days from the date the customer receives the product (this time is based on the time the customer signs on the delivery bill of lading).

Cases where refunds are not applicable

  • The product is used, has lost its tags/labels, or is not intact as when received.
  • Products in this category non-refundable according to the shop's separate announcement (if any).
  • The customer changed his mind about the purchase but it was not Bu Bu's fault - BRICKshop.
  • Do not provide unboxing video when there is a product dispute.

Refund request process

  1. Customers contact Customer Care within 03 days from receipt of goods.

  2. Attached launch video, additional images or clips prove errors/mistakes (if any).

  3. Bu Bu – BRICKshop confirms and responds within 1 – 3 working days.

  4. If the request is valid, the customer will be guided Send the product back to the shop according to the correct address and instructions provided..

  5. After the shop receives and checks the product, the money will be refunded according to the original payment method.

Refund time

  • COD payment: The money will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer within 5 – 7 working days.

  • Payment by bank transfer/online: Money will be returned to the original account within 3 – 5 working days (depending on the bank/intermediary).

Incurred costs

Bu Bu – BRICKshop bears all shipping costs incurred in case of shop error.

If the customer requests a refund due to personal reasons, the shipping costs (including shipping and return shipping) will be paid by the customer.
